Rebecca Fitts has over 20 years of experience in retail and real estate. Her experiences range from creating and running her own branded pop-up shops to unique roles at major landlords, including Brookfield and Westfield. She also worked for direct-to-consumer brand Warby Parker on their real estate team. Rebecca is currently the Director of Real Estate at Leap, a retail platform for growing brands.
