Doug Schnell is the Chief Development Officer for Level99. Level99 is a sprawling entertainment venue, offering proprietary, real-world physical and mental interactive challenges and life-sized mini-games built for adults. Founded by location-based entertainment innovator Matt DuPlessie, the company is headquartered in Natick, MA, with a second location in Providence, RI, third in Tysons, VA, and three more under construction in Orlando, FL, West Hartford, CT, and King of Prussia, PA. In addition to his work with Level99, Doug also currently serves as a strategic real estate advisor to Act 3 Holdings. Doug also supports the growth of Act 3’s restaurant investments, including Tatte Bakery & Cafe and Life Alive Organic Café.

Doug has over 25 years of experience in real estate and growth strategy across restaurants, entertainment, and general merchandise.  Prior to joining Level99, Doug served as the Senior Vice President of Development Strategy at Panera Bread, where he led growth strategy and prototype development. Doug had a 16-year career at Panera that included both strategic and execution-related roles to help grow the brand from 800 cafes to over 2,300 cafes during his time there.
